This incident caused the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Police detained a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault close to the location. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at about 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
